How to Register 

Please register online using the link below or by mail by November 15, 2025 so that we can confirm numbers. Payment schedule and important dates are below. ​​​​​

Your reunion registration fee includes:

Friday Night’s Meet & Greet Reception, Saturday’s All-White Banquet, Sunday’s Family Picnic and Family Reunion T-shirt.

 

2026 Hundley Russell Family Reunion Fees

Adults (those 18 years old & up): $100 

Children (ages 4-17): $50 

Infants & Toddlers (Under 4 years): FREE

 

Payments & Important Dates 

October 15, 2025: Final date to request assistance to attend 

November 15, 2025: Registration form and at least half of the total fee is due. 

March 15, 2026: Remaining balance is due. 

April 15, 2026. Late Registration final deadline. We discourage waiting until this date to support the committee’s efforts to plan. 

April 22, 2026: Last day to reserve hotel room at discount
